To insure a successful event Andries and Associates requires 1 bartender per 50 guests with one barback assigned to assist in replenishing glassware, refilling ice, assistance in service of beer and wine and maintaining a clean, and organized bar display. A cocktail waitress is useful per 50 guests to relieve bar congestion and to maintain the cleanliness of remaining event spaces.
